Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed and will be delivered in 4-6 Business days.

Prepaid express shipping orders take upto 3 business days. Please call us between 12 to 6 PM. The express shipping service is chargeable.

₹60 Would be added to your shipment as Delivery charges if the Total Order Value is below ₹799.

Bulk COD orders of the value above ₹10,000 shall be fulfilled only if a Sum of ₹500 is paid against the confirmation of order, which shall be adjusted against COD order value. In case, the customer cancels the order in transit, we reserve the right to forfeit the ₹500 for the to and fro shipping charges paid against the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use DHL, Fed-ex, and India Post.
Product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placed after a confirmation call and a mail will be sent.
Additional shipping charges will be added according to the destination and weight of the product.
Only prepaid orders shall be accepted.
In case of returns, the customer will have to send back the goods at his/her own expenses.

Khanna Exports is not to be held responsible for any custom duties, VAT fees or charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer). We have attempted to list every item to prevent any external or extra charges. However, in the rare case this does occur, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the order(s) cannot be cancelled for this reason.
